TV Line is reporting Rambin is instead headed for the little town of Tree Hill. According to Matt Web Mitovich, Rambin will share scenes with Brooke (Sophia Bush), who is looking to adopt a little fashionista or fashinsto on One Tree Hill later this season . Somewhere Mischa Barton just kicked a puppy.
