Ron Raines Likens Newsies' Pulitzer to Guiding Light's Alan Spaulding

Since Guiding Light’s end, former soap star Ron Raines has continued to impress audiences with roles on the stage. He's currently playing ruthless mogul Joseph Pulitzer in the Broadway production of Newsies.

Theater Mania caught up with Raines and asked him whether he sees similarities between his GL role as Alan Spaulding and Pulitzer.

E.J. Bonilla Cast as Mystery Man From Nolan’s Past on Revenge

Former Guiding Light star E.J. Bonilla (ex-Rafe) has signed up for a juicy role on one of primetime’s top soaps. According to TV Line, Bonilla has landed the role of a mystery man from Nolan’s (Gabriel Mann) past on Revenge.

The exact nature of the pair’s connection is unclear, but given the tech genius’ malleable sexuality it’s possible the mystery man is an ex-boyfriend. If so, that would add an interesting wrinkle to his current flirtation with his NolCorp colleague Padma (Dilshad Vadsaria).
