There is a fashion crisis at ABC! According to an internal ABC memo which MSNBC had access to, the network is cutting the fashion budgets of its shows. "No more than $150 may be spent on men’s or women’s accessories; no more than $250 on a pair of women’s shoes (only $200 for men’s shoes). Handbags should cap out at $300 and men’s suits at $1,500."
Well, no wonder Desperate Housewives' Marc Cherry turned Eva Longoria's Gabi into a frumpy housewife, the show probably couldn't afford Gabi's wardrobe. No more mowing the grass in an evening gown for Gabi, no sir, can't afford to film such memorable scenes.
Hasn't former General Hospital star Ryan Carnes (Lucas Jones) been busy. Since leaving General Hospital Carnes has appeared on Desperate Housewives, Saving Grace, Dr. Who and CSI: Miami. Now he's adding Samantha Who? to his resume.
For those who may not remember Carnes on General Hospital, he was the last recast before Drake Hogestyn's son Ben took over the role and the character came out as gay. Ironically, Ryan's portrayed the role of Andrew Van de Kamp's boyfriend on Desperate Housewives.
Last week I asked who your favorite desperate housewife was so in honor of tonight's second episode, "We're So Happy Your Happy," I figured I'd ask, who is your favorite Desperate Housewives husband or hunk?
Who is your favorite desperate husband or hunk?
On October 11, 2008, Band from TV will be making their East Coast debut at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville, CT.
What makes this newsworthy for DC is that Luke's all time favorite daytime actress will be joining them on stage. Rebecca Budig will be joining her husband, former Bachelor Bob Guiney, onstage for the gig. They will be joining band leader Greg Grunberg (Heroes), Jesse Spencer (House) and James Denton (Desperate Housewives). Also featuring special guest Adrian Pasdar (Heroes).

The ladies of Desperate Housewives return tonight and I have to say I'm looking forward to it. The five year jump that took place in last season's season finale has me very intrigued, though I must mention that I'm not entirely sure what I think of turning Gaby into a frazzled woman. Spoiled rich girl characters don't always make the transition from being a diva to being average that well.
What I've always wondered is what people think of the four main characters Bree, Lynette, Susan and Gabrielle. Personally, I'm a huge fan of Teri Hatcher thanks to Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman but it is Marcia Cross' Bree Van De Kamp that is my favorite character. No one does ice like Bree does and there is just something you have to admire about a woman who can shoot the lights out of a car and then turn around and bring a sworn enemy a basket of muffins. Love it.
I've always enjoyed Eva Longoria's Gabrielle and she often makes me laugh but as much as I respect Felicity Huffman as an actress, Lynette drives me absoutely nuts.
So here is my question. Which of the four main characters do you hate most?
