Did The CW’s Star-Crossed Capture Your Heart? (POLL)

The alien/human teen romance Star-Crossed premiered last night on The CW.  It followed Emery (Aimee Teegarden), a normal teenage girl, and her burgeoning relationship with Roman (Matt Lanter), one of several known aliens who integrate into her high school.
Star-Crossed stars multiple vets from Friday Night Lights, as well as alums of The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, 90210 and almost every ABC Family show ever. The casting department definitely knew how to help pull in eye balls.
It averaged 1.24 million ratings (which is pretty good for a CW show up against the Olympics). While reviews have been mixed, a passionate fanbase is what can mean longevity for the teen-oriented network.

Downton Abbey Recap: Mary Plots to Keep Anna and Rose Safe

Instead, she convinced Edith to go on holiday to Switzerland with her, and give the baby up there. Violet (Maggie Smith) realized what was going on, and gave them the money for their trip.  READ MORE

This season we’ve had great success with our new hit series The Originals paired with Supernatural, giving us our best Tuesday nights in years.  […]  The Vampire Diaries is No. 2 in its time period in the young adult demos, and with Arrow continuing to gain among young men, and Reign growing its time period, we now have strong nights on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I’m very pleased to announce early pickups for all five series, and let our fans know they’ll have more great drama to look forward to next season.
