Journalistic trailblazer and The View creator Barbara Walters will be sitting down with Howard Kurtz to reflect on her legacy for his show Media Buzz on Fox News, according to The Hollywood Reporter. In addition to Walters' many achievements, the two discuss the criticism of Jenny McCarthy, who replaced Elisabeth Hasselbeck on The View.
"You know what? I have always been a big booster of other women," Walters tells Kurtz of what she hopes will be her legacy. "I've always worked with other women, and if I have any legacy, that's it. And I'm very proud of that."
The interview will air on Sunday, November 3.
Kathie Gifford dropped by The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson on Fox News and revealed if she had it to do all over again she'd go back to Hebrew University and study the Scriptures.
"If I could go back to college, I'd probably go to Hebrew University in Israel and study for however long it took to get my rabbinical degree. Because I started studying the Scriptures that way, through the eyes of a rabbi and through the Middle Eastern eyes and it's transformed my life."
Contrast that to the Gifford who we love boozing it up with Hoda during the fourth hour of Today.

The ladies of The View went to the mat when Fox News pundit Bill O'Reilly stopped by today. The show's co-hosts, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar, got into a heated debate with O'Reilly over whether or not Park51, the Muslim community center and mosque slated to go up two blocks from the World Trade Center, should be built. O'Reilly declared the center is "inappropriate" because of the victims' families, while Goldberg, Behar and Barbara Walters cried foul. Things took a nasty turn when the ladies asked O'Reilly why he believed it shouldn't be built to which he stated:
Because Muslims killed us on 9/11.
