Stasi slammed Jenner's talk show, Kris, last week in a review column. According to Stasi, a few hours later she received a dozen cupcakes and a sterling silver Tiffany pen from the Kardashian momager! Jenner reportedly attached this note to the swag:
Dear Linda, Sorry you didn't like the show. I'm still a huge fan of your column. Love and blessings, Kris. PS. When you think I've improved, maybe you will write a better review with this.'
Stasi went on to reveal the incident on Twitter:
After the death of Glee star Cory Monteith many fans wondered what would happen to their beloved show. In an interview with E! Online, creator Ryan Murphy reveals he questioned whether the show should continue and how Lea Michelle had the final word.
How did you decide what to do with the show?
Once you're faced with this situation, which is devastating…There's really no way to win in this situation. So our position was, do we go off the air permanently? Do we go off the air until November? Do we start shooting again in January? But the thing that we ultimately found was that our cast and crew wanted to be together, they wanted to go back to work, they wanted to sort of be in a place where they could all remember and discuss Cory sooner than later. As for me, I really had no set opinion. I was willing to do what people wanted.
So who made the call?
Ultimately the person who made the decision was Lea, who felt that the best thing for the cast and crew was to be together and to get back to work and be together every day and talk about our memories of him. So we decided to do that with Lea's blessing and we're going to go back to work and have grief counselors on the set for two weeks because people are really hurting. READ MORE
Devious Maids and All My Children legend Susan Lucci stopped by The Wendy Williams Show Thursday, to help the talk show host celebrate her birthday.
During her appearance, La Lucci flipped the script and placed Williams in the ‘Hot Seat’, a game she plays with her guests. For Williams’ last question, Lucci asked the birthday girl what her most awkward encounter was with a celebrity. Williams told Lucci and the audience about a time she ran into talk show titan Oprah Winfrey. Williams recalled:
"I was coming down the escalator and she was going up the escalator in a publishing building. I forgot exactly what I was doing there, but that’s where Harpo's...where her magazine is here in Manhattan. And we were the only two people in the lobby other than security downstairs, and for them I guess it was like watching a TV show. You know, like okay, 'Here it goes.' And I said to my publicist [who] was with me, I said, “There’s Oprah hold in your stomach!”

Kris Jenner on Daytime Talk Show: "I'm a Good Person, A Good Mom, and I Think Viewers Will See That"By Jillian Bowe on July 11, 2013
Momager Kris Jenner is ready for her close-up. The brains behind E!’s Kardashian reality series—as well as the family's multi-million dollar brand—is getting ready for her new daytime talk show, Kris. TV Guide Magazine’s Michael Logan recently sat down with Jenner and asked how she deals with all the shade thrown at her famous family. Here's an excerpt:
TV Guide Magazine: You have a lot of haters. How do you handle the downside of social media?
Jenner: By ignoring it. I've always told the kids, "Don't read the tabloids and don't go looking at that crap on the Internet!" But it wasn't until Keeping Up and the whole social-media explosion that I truly realized how many haters and bullies are out there. People feel entitled to sit on their couches in Iowa, saying hateful, hurtful things anonymously and with no accountability. All I can do is put out the best me possible. I'm a good person, a good mom, and I think viewers will see that. This is a tough world and I want to make it just a little bit easier, a little bit more fun for just an hour a day. When people watch my show, I want them to feel like they're sitting down with a dear old friend — one who has all the latest gossip! READ MORE
