The Following Recap: "Welcome Home"

On this week’s The Following Joey awoke at Maniac Mansion with his father staring at him because that’s not creepy at all. Joe (James Purefoy) seemed touched to be in the same room with his son finally. He tried bonding with Joey, but was met with the silent treatment. Joe apologized for Claire’s absence, and promised to bring his mommy there.  Emma (Valorie Curry) insisted Joey would come around once he knew Joe better.

Agent Donovan (Mike Colter) was put in charge of overseeing the Joe Carroll case, probably because the FBI was embarrassed at the ineptitude of their colleagues thus far.  He made it clear he wasn’t a fan of Ryan’s (Kevin Bacon) free range (and torturing of suspects), since he’s only supposed to be a consultant. The fact the Donovan was doing his job, pissed everybody off.  Ryan sulked, and made sure to give a lot of sass.  READ MORE

"single-camera ensemble project, which revolves around a diverse group of detectives in a precinct at the very edge of New York City. Fumero, repped by Innovative and Corner Booth Entertainment, will play Amy, an attractive, smart detective who grew up in the outskirts of NYC. Before becoming a cop, she was a middle-school teacher, which is her hidden super-power — compared to sixth-graders, real life criminals are a piece of cake. Jack Wagner Dishes General Hospital Return With Access Hollywood

The last time General Hospital viewers saw Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) in Port Charles, the lovable WBS agent/singer was helping Felicia (Kristina Wagner) as their daughter Maxie (then played by Robyn Richards) battled Kawasaki syndrome. Eighteen years later, Wagner has returned home to the show that made him a household name. Access Hollywood was on the GH set to get the details on Frisco's return. Wagner revealed:

When I talked to Frank [Valentini], the [executive] producer, and we decided that Frisco would come back it’s like, ‘Is he coming back [with the] ‘out of the Turkish prison look,’ with a little gruffy beard and Harrison Ford in ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark,’ or, is going to be more Michael Douglas ‘Wall Street’? So he said, ‘Let’s make it Turkish prison.’ So, I’ve cleaned up since I’ve been back.
