It looks like most of Grey’s Anatomy’s First Year Interns will continue their medical training. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gaius Charles (pictured with Sandra Oh above), Camilla Luddington, Jerrika Hinton and Tessa Ferrer will all return as series regulars when the new season of Grey's Anatomy hits the airwaves this fall.
However, there was no word on Tina Majorino’s status.
Missing from the list is Tina Majorino, who recurred as Heather, the most-likely-to-succeed intern at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Majorino, who this week signed on to reprise her role as Mac in the upcoming Veronica Mars movie, is a series regular on TNT's Howard Gordon drama Legends.

Meredith Grey has had two great loves on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) and Cristina (Sandra Oh). Her portayer Ellen Pompeo, however, just doesn't relate to the bond Meredith shares with her "person". Pompeo told Parade,
I relate more to a husband-wife relationship. I can’t really relate to a married woman having such an obsession with a female friend. I love my girlfriends. I have some great girlfriends, and I love them to death, but no one competes with my husband. I don’t know what guy would actually put up with being second in his marriage. Obviously, I love Sandra Oh, and I think she’s a brilliant actress. I just don’t think that their relationship is very realistic given that the character of Meredith is married and the fact that Cristina is married as well.
Expect for ABC to change things up a bit next season, when it comes to scheduling its primetime soaps. According to Deadline, ABC has decided to air “a selected group” of shows in two continuous runs, in the fall and spring.
Some of the networks’ biggest and most buzzed about shows are included in the special group. Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, Once Upon a Time and possibly Revenge are mentioned in the article. In-between their fall and spring runs, the show’s time slots will be filled by “bridge series.”

Who better to celebrate General Hospital’s 50th Anniversary with than Jackie Zeman? At the Paley Center, the actress, who recently reprised beloved Nurse Bobbie Spencer, shared her absolute joy over coming back to GH, her thoughts on a potential return for Bobbie's son Lucas and gave her thoughts on Frank Valentini and Ron Carlivati.
Daytime Confidential: What is like to be back for the 50th Anniversary and under the new team of executive producer Frank Valentini and head writer Ron Carlivati?
Jackie Zeman: It’s great to be back. I’m happy it’s for the 50th, because that’s a big deal, but under this team is the biggest part of what you just said. Working with Mr. Valentini and Mr. Carlivati is amazing. I’ve worked with a lot of executive producers, everyone that has been on GH for 35 years, that’s a lot of EP’s. There is a new energy and revitalization to the show. There’s this respect for what’s gone on in the history, but they’ve taken General Hospital and instead of redoing old stuff, they’ve brought it into the present and into the future with all this exciting intrigue and romance. It’s compelling once again. That’s exciting to be a part of. READ MORE
