Kerry Washington on Scandal's Season 3 Finale: "A Definite Game-Changer"

Election Day madness is upon us tonight on the season finale of ABC's Scandal. Washington: The explosion has huge impact on the election, but I can't say more than that. It's a definite game-changer.
