Daytime favorite Marie Osmond dropped by The Talk and chatted about getting a breast reduction in her 20s, because during The Sound of Music people kept saying to her "the hills were alive." Dr. Phil Lands Interview With Cleveland Kidnapping Victim


In what is sure to be must see TV, Cleveland kidnapping victim Michelle Knight will sit down with Dr. Phil. The young woman will share her story about being imprisoned by Ariel Castro and the horrible conditions she and two other women endured, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The show says Knight "describes the horrible conditions in the house" and discusses her physical, mental and sexual abuse. That includes "being tied up like a fish" and spending weeks chained and tortured in the basement, according to the show. READ MORE

Good Morning America Breaks Today's Hold on Halloween Ratings

Matt Lauer dressing up as Baywatch's Pamela Anderson wasn't enough to prevent Good Morning America from dethroning Today from its long held station atop the Halloween ratings. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it is the first time ever for Good Morning America .

GMA notched its Halloween win for the first time ever in viewers and the first in the key news demo since 1991. Fast Affiliate data gives the show 5.412 million viewers, 713,000 more than Today (4.699 million).

Barbara Walters to Reflect on Legacy With Fox News' Media Buzz

Journalistic trailblazer and The View creator Barbara Walters will be sitting down with Howard Kurtz to reflect on her legacy for his show Media Buzz on Fox News, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  In addition to Walters' many achievements, the two discuss the criticism of Jenny McCarthy, who replaced Elisabeth Hasselbeck on The View.

"You know what? I have always been a big booster of other women," Walters tells Kurtz of what she hopes will be her legacy. "I've always worked with other women, and if I have any legacy, that's it. And I'm very proud of that."

The interview will air on Sunday, November 3.
