It's officially Mimi Torchin Week, TV Guide Canada's Nelson Branco also talked with the soap journalism pioneer about her vast experiences and wealth of knowledge concerning all things soap. Mimi gave Nelson his first internship at SOW when he was a wee soap lad (No I'm not British, but wouldn't it be fun to have the accent?) Their conversation is dishy, informal and full of juicy tidbits about the industry Mimi dragged kicking and screaming into the acceptance of dramatic criticism.
