One Life to Live: Hunt Block, Ramsey Out?

Barely seven months after the dastardly Ramsey showed up in Llanview is reporting that Hunt Block is leaving One Life to Live.  They say "Since appearing on the scene on October 16, 2007, Hunt has played his character well and has made us feel a love/hate attitude toward the corrupted FBI agent, Lee Ramsey, which is what every actor shoots for – recognition from the fans! He’s made us take pity on John for having to suffer through Marty’s death, pity on Marty for causing her death to begin with, pity on Cole for leaving him motherless, pity on Bo for having lost a job he loved… the list goes on and on."

Huntington MacDonal Block holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Harvard University, recieved the Vivian Beaumont Fellowship and the American National Theatre Association Fellowship and his credits include the feature films The Lonely Guy and The Next Best Thing, day time's Ben Warren on Guiding Light,  for which he earned a Soap Opera Digest Award nomination for Best Villain, Peter Hollister on Knots Landing , Guy Donohue on All My Children and he has guest-starred on prime time in Murder, She Wrote, Hill Street Blues and made-for-television movies; Bloodline: Beverly Hills Ninja Murders, The Dirty Dozen IV and She Was Marked for Murder.

While I personally could not understand the excitement about HB's arrival on the show, not having seen any of his previous work at CBS, there was an amazing outcry of joy when it was announced that he would be joining One Life to live. I am sure that his fans will be disappointed by the exit. Best of luck to a great talent!
