Wild cards: Y&R’s Ted Shackelford (Jeffrey) deserves to be in this category since he was a lead actor for the majority of the year, but there’s no way Peter Bergman (Jack) will allow that. Also, Bob Woods (Bo/Asa) may break through this year, thanks to the 1968 storyline on OLTL.
