The RUMBLINGS are that Kate's cousin Olivia has been cast.  Lisa LoCicero (Reno 911, Without A Trace) is the RUMORED lady taking on the role.  LoCicero may look familiar to One Life to Live Fans.  She played Sonia on One Life.  Olivia's first airdate is September 19th.
