star,
Nathaniel Marston
pleaded guilty yesterday in a Manhattan courtroom to a misdemeanor resisting arrest. In exchange, Marston received a deal where he will serve no jail time for the assault case he was involved in two years ago.
The actor was arrested in 2007 for engaging in a fist fight with three taxi drivers and a police officer who tried to squash the beef. Police records stated Marston was high on cocaine when the brawl took place, something he vehemently denies. Drug charges were never filed. As a part of his plea agreement, Marston completed three months of anger management. Says Marston,
"I couldn't get a job as a dishwasher because I was all over The Post," he said, laughing.
