Always popular with Daytime Confidential readers, former The Young and the Restless star Victoria Rowell returns to the Daytime Confidential Top 20 at No. 19. Rowell is a two-time Daytime Confidential No. 1 ranked star on our countdown.

The Young and the Restless’Sharon Case dropped from No. 10 in January to No. 16 on February’s Daytime Confidential Top 20.
No. 15: Alicia Minshew, All My Children
Three-time Daytime Confidential No. 1 star Alicia Minshew earned a spot on February’s Daytime Confidential Top 20 at no. 15. That is up two spots from No. 17 on January’s countdown.
No. 14: Kelly Monaco, General Hospital
General Hospital’sKelly Monaco is working her way back up the Daytime Confidential Top 20. She climbed four spots from No. 18 in January to No. 14 in February.
No.13: Bree Williamson, One Life to Live
One Life to Live’sBree Williamson didn’t fare to well on February’s Daytime Confidential Top 20. She dropped ten spots from No. 3 in January to No. 13 in February.
No. 12: Melissa Claire Egan, All My Children
All My Children star Melissa Claire Egan makes her Daytime Confidential Top 20 debut at No. 12 on the countdown. In January she ranked No. 29 among the Top 50 stars we track each month.
No. 11: Kim Zimmer, One Life to Live
One Life to Live’sKim Zimmer edged down three spots from No. 8 in January to No. 11 in February. Zimmer is a two-time Daytime Confidential No. 1 star.
No. 10: Kyle Lowder, The Bold and the Beautiful
The Bold and the Beautiful’sKyle Lowder makes an impressive Daytime Confidential Top 20 debut at No. 10 on February’s countdown. Lowder is the only B&B star to earn a spot on this month’s countdown.

Kendall’s (Alicia Minshew) new love interest Griffin (Jordi Vilasuso) isn’t the one All My Children fans are interested in. That would be former All My Children star Thorsten Kaye, who continues to hang tight among the Daytime Confidential Top 10. He slid from No. 4 in January to No. 7 in February.

The death of Cane on The Young and the Restless is doing wonders for Daniel Goddard’s Daytime Confidential Top 20 ranking. He climbs from No. 13 in January to No. 5 in February.
