SOAP BYTES: Hope Can't Shake Her Psychic Scarlet 'A' on Bold and Beautiful; Edward Recalls Dead Q's on General Hospital

B&B BYTES: I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has really screwed up Hope’s (Kim Matula) head. It is admirable that Hope is working desperately to save what she has with Liam (Scott Clifton), but with that big 'ol Scarlet 'A'  that Steffy has managed to brand on Hope's psyche, it's no doubt Brooke' (Katherine Kelly Lang) daughter needs therapy!

Right about now I’d really like to see a viable alternative to Liam or Bill (Don Diamont) pop up as a love interest for Steffy. I can come up with any number of excuses to bring Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) back to town. Would Hope's bio dad make a good love interest for Steffy?

Y&R BYTES: Tucker’s (Stephen Nichols) proposal that he and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) join forces may be the single best thing about Wednesday’s episode of The Young and the Restless.  I always enjoy storylines where someone without Newman DNA tries to take control of Victor's (Eric Braeden) empire. Hopefully, that's where this is headed.

What exactly are Sharon’s (Sharon Case) qualifications to head up a cosmetic company? I’d be voting with Lauren on this one.

Watch out Genaura (Genie Francis)! The Black Knight is gunning for you! This woman is so out of her league. If they were on a parapet, and she was hungry for some lip blood, I'd be betting for Genny, but this is the business world, where Newman reigns supreme!

I haven’t been a big fan of the Chelsea (Melissa Claire Eagan) character since her arrival in Genoa City, but I must admit I’m really digging her scenes with Adam (Michael Muhney). Ironically, I don’t even need to see any type of romance from them in the near future; I’m just enjoying them as friends.

Oh Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), you huff and you puff about Newman, but the only thing you blow down is your relationship with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford).

I couldn’t help but chuckle at the look on Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) face when, after having already invited Sharon to join their party, Victor invites Genaura too. What is it they say about when mama isn’t happy?

It’s a miracle! Adam can see.

DAYS BYTES: Abigail (Kate Mansi) and Melanie (Molly Burnett) sure made it back to Salem fast. Too bad she let her little secret slip to Melanie. Remember when Carrie punched Sami's (Alison Sweeney) lights out all those years ago? I wonder how hard she'll hit Abby when she finds out what she's been up to?

I’m still laughing at it being Billie (Lisa Rinna) and not Carrie (Christie Clarke) who popped up in Austin’s (Patrick Muldoon) bed after he professed his love once again and apologized for cheating. Billie’s “You dog!” had me rolling. The Austin and Billie scenes were the first I’ve actually enjoyed of Billie since her return.

Cry Rafe (Galen Gering) a river, Carrie. Cry him a river about your trials and tribulations.

It’s so fun much to watch Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) play cat and mouse with John (Drake Hogestyn) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso).  He’s swatting them around like a ball of yarn!

GH BYTES: Robin’s (Kimberly McCullough) funeral is going to be so hard to watch.  The scenes with Anna (Finola Hughes) and Luke (Anthony Geary) in the church were already getting to me; then they had to go to Edward (John Ingle) reminiscing about Robin and all the Quartermaines who've died.

Patrick (Jason Thompson) is suffering so much. In bed, in the shower; Patrick is haunted by Robin’s memory wherever he goes.

Surprisingly, I’m actually feeling Maxie’s (Jen Lilley) pain too. The scenes with Mac (John J. York) and Lulu (Julie Marie Berman) were my favorite Jen Lilley scenes to date. I didn’t expect that to happen.

Oh how I love when Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Monica (Leslie Charleson) face off! Can Monica try to kick her out of the mansion every week? Nothing had better happen to Edward anytime soon, or I will be on the warpath. I no longer have Adam Chandler (David Canary) on my TV screen;  I can’t give up Edward too.

Tracy: “Monica, you killed him!”'

Edward telling Tracy "I’m too ornery to die" was a nice touch and I'm keeping him to it.

Sam (Kelly Monaco) still wants to keep Jason (Steve Burton) from finding out about Robin. I’m with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson); the longer she prevents him from finding out the bigger the betrayal will be.
