GH BYTES: Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tried to infringe on Molly (Haley Pullos) and TJ’s (Krys Meyer) date at the Metro Court. After the teens protested vehemently, Shawn (Sean Blakemore) took Alexis to the The Floating Rib where he manipulated her into playing strip pool.
Alexis: “Molly’s going to wonder where I am. I’m certainly not going to tell her mommy was losing her clothes at a bar.”
I have mixed feelings about the Molly/TJ pairing. On one hand, young love is cute. On the other, their dialogue always seems forced. I can’t decide what to think of them. Now Shawn and Alexis, those two might have potential. .
Carly (Laura Wright) demanded to know what was going on, after walking in on Todd (Roger Howarth) and Johnny’s (Brandon Barash) stalemate.Todd told her he'd set up a camera in Johnny’s office and saw them having sex. Carly forced Todd to apologize to Johnny, and the two men reached a mutual understanding. Wonder how long that will last?
Trey (Erik Valdez) told Kristina (Lindsey Morgan) he wanted to drop the Mob Princess reality series concept, as Sonny (Maurice Benard) looked on.
Jason (Steve Burton) covered for Sam (Kelly Monaco), when Todd arrived back at his office before Sam could get her hands on the contents in Todd's safe.
Y&R BYTES: Victor (Eric Braeden) gave Kyle (Blake Hood) a few days off from Newman to celebrate Jack's (Peter Bergman) marriage to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Of course, Kyle wasn't aware the wedding had been moved up.
Jack arrived to talk to his son, only to learn his feelings regarding Nikki and attending the ceremony hadn't changed. Later, Jack found himself stuck in the elevator at Newman Tower with Victor. The moment Nikki, Katherine (Jeanne Cooper), Billy (Billy Miller) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) learned the mortal enemies were stuck in close quarters, they raced over to prevent the two men from killing one another. Imagine their surprise when Jack and Victor exited, having been perfectly civil.
Abby (Marcy Rylan) cut Kay a check more than making up for the charitable losses from the ruined art gala. When Kay filled Ashley (Eileen Davidson) in on what transpired, the cosmetics queen was proud of her daughter for the first time in a long while.
Billy: “You’re mother is marrying my brother. Which makes my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law?”
Victoria: “My brother-in-law is now my stepfather."
Billy: “Are we even married after all of this?”
B&B BYTES: Here’s a question, why isn’t The Bold and the Beautiful capitalizing on not having Days of Our Lives as a competitor for two weeks? Nothing on B&B is fresh, game-changing or must see. It's just another tired rehash of the Steffy/Liam/Hope triangle.
The visitor's area at the jail sure looked a lot like the basement of Forrester Creations. I'm surprised Marcus (Texas Battle) and Dayzee (Kristolyn Lloyd) didn't run into Thorne (Winsor Harmon) down there.
Steffy to Brooke: “Hope and Liam’s marriage isn’t official in the U.S. Kind of a big oversight in your wedding plan.”
