Thursday’s The Young and the Restless opened with Michelle Stafford talking about how Phyllis arrived in Genoa City. She reflected about her relationships with Jack (Peter Bergman), Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case). She also said she loved playing Sheila Carter.
Much of the episode featured Jack and Phyllis’ slow build relationship.
Am I the only one who wants to see a Detective Chavez (Ignacio Serricchio) and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) pairing? Speaking of pairings, has anyone else found it odd that Kyle (Blake Hood) seems to know Phyllis better than Jack?
One of the first things Paul (Doug Davidson) did as police chief was hire Detective Chavez. Chavez and Abby (Marcy Rylan) celebrated his good news. Abby invited him to be her date at Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott).
Kyle found himself giving Summer (Hunter King) a tour of Jabot, but quickly pawned her off on another intern.
Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) still struggled to mend their relationship.
Dylan (Steve Burton) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) chatted at the GCAC, while Dylan knocked a few drinks back. He ended up having one too many, and Chelsea brought him home. At Dylan's place, Dylan planted a big kiss on Chelsea.
Nikki continued to be affected by MS.
