Sami (Alison Sweeney) phoned Will, (Chandler Massey) and woke him up. She quickly told him she was going to fix the problem with Nick (Blake Berris). Will told her not to get involved, but if you ask me; those were some famous last words. Everyone, including Will, knows Sami will do what she wants.

EJ (James Scott) surprised Sami with the news that Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) was back in Salem. Sami immediately determined Stefano was the only person who could actually help Will deal with Nick. EJ did not like Sami’s train of thought. He told her she hadn’t thought her plan through, but she insisted they go see Stefano. EJ warned Sami that Stefano would want something from her in exchange for his help.

EJ suggested there might be a way to give Stefano something he wants, without Sami selling her soul to the devil. When she asked what that might be, EJ proposed they and their children move into the DiMera mansion. If that happens, the DiMera mansion should be renamed Salem Central Station. Heaven knows everyone and their son or daughter will be traveling through it.

Gabi (Camila Banus) told Nick that Will tried to tell her something the day before, but didn’t. When Gabi left the room, Nick texted Will to meet him somewhere. When they met, Nick dished out a bunch of the same old bull about why he’d done what he’d done.

Rafe (Galen Gering) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) woke up in bed together. Their pillow talk ended up being about Stefano. Rafe told her that he wasn’t afraid of Stefano, and looked forward to Kate’s ex finding out about them being together.

Kristen (Eileen Davidson) and Stefano continued to plot about bringing down John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall). Chad (Casey Deidrick) arrived at the DiMera mansion to welcome his father back to Salem.

Brady and John (Drake Hogestyn) met to try and make peace. Brady originally planned for Kristen to show up when it was nearly over, but she arrived a bit earlier than he anticipated.
