Billy (Billy Miller) gave his big sis Traci (Beth Maitland) a tour of his new restaurant. While he was showing her around, she admitted she had her doubts about Billy and Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) marriage surviving.
Jack (Peter Bergman) showed up and the resulting sibling scene was such a pleasure to watch. Genoa City needs more Abbotts.
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) went to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) for help. She asked her friend to help convince Michael (Christian LeBlanc) to give her another chance. Phyllis said she wasn’t going to judge Lauren. Fen asked Carmine if he thought his parents should get a divorce.
Traci went to Phyllis’ condo, where she bumped into Lauren. Lauren apologized once again for bullying her when they were girls. She asked if what she’d done had residual effects on Traci. Traci said most of the time it didn’t, but there was a recent time when she was about to eat dessert and remembered Lauren’s taunts.
Traci then went to Phyllis and apologized for not giving her a fair shake with Jack.
Fen (Max Ehrich) told Carmine (Marco Dapper) his dad said to stay away from the bartender. When Carmine asked why, Fen brought up what Carmine had done to Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson).
Carmine said he was a changed man and reminded Fen of how he'd help him with the bullies. Fen softened and began discussing his parents marriage with his new friend.
Fen said he got the impression his parents were only staying together because of him. Carmine shared his own childhood experience of growing up with two parents who couldn't stand one another. With a little subtle manipulation, Carmine convinced Fen he didn't want Lauren and Michael to stay together for his sake.
Adam (Michael Muhney) told Victor (Eric Braeden) he knew Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) baby was his. When his father pressed him, Adam admitted he was going off of gut instinct, because he didn’t have proof.
Jack stopping by Adam's penthouse put a quick end to father/son bonding time. Adam told Jack he was still in love with Chelsea, but couldn’t have her if it meant losing his father.
Jack told Adam of how devastating it had been to learn Phyllis was carrying Nick's (Joshua Morrow) baby—and not his—all those years ago. It's nice how The Young and the Restless is using Summer's (Hunter King) paternity to parallel what's going on with Chelsea's unborn child.
Victoria and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) talked about Victoria's latest departure from Newman Enterprises. If you ask me, The Young and the Restless needs a lot more Nikki and a lot less Dylan (Steven Burton).
Paul (Doug Davidson) pulled Michael into his office and the two men again talked about Lauren’s betrayal. Michael revealed he was only staying with Lauren because of Fen. The moment his son went off to college, the Baldwin's marriage would be over. Considering how rarely soap children actually go to college, Michael is in for a LONG marriage to Lauren.
Fen called Michael and Lauren to Crimson Lights, where he told his parents he was on to their act. He told them not to stay together on his account.
Phyllis paid Carmine a not-so-friendly visit at Billy's restaurant. Someone should warn Carmine about how Red likes to run over people who get in her way — literally.
