General Hospital hottie Jason Thompson and The Chew's Carla Hall are headed south to Nashville for the Annual CMA Music Festival Summer Block Party June 7 and 8. Thompson and Hall will both hold a Q&A and autograph session for fans at the public event in downtown Nashville.
