Wednesday’s Days of Our Lives was all about hashing out drama. Marlena (Deidre Hall) faced off with Kristen (Eileen Davidson) and told her to pack up and get out of town. Brady (Eric Martsolf) and John (Drake Hogestyn) argued about Kristen and John’s actions. Kristen wasn’t the least bit interested in hitting the road. Marlena told Kristen she came to town to destroy them, but ended up being destroyed.
Brady demanded John admit he still had feelings for Kristen, even though everyone in Salem had been right about her. John denied the accusation, but Brady said his father and Kristen were just alike and deserved each other.
Meanwhile, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Abe (James Reynolds) grilled Sami (Alison Sweeney) like a T-bone steak. They told Sami to stay at the hospital. When they left, Sami immediately told EJ (James Scott) the detective was on Stefano’s (Joseph Mascolo) payroll. Sami got upset when EJ questioned why she was in Rafe’s (Galen Gering) room in the first place. She asked EJ if he wanted Rafe dead. EJ would rather have Rafe dead than to see the mother of his children in prison. As EJ was leaving, Sami told him he was the man she loved.
Roman (Josh Taylor) showed up at the crime scene where Hope, Abe and EJ were searching for the knife.
Sonny (Freddie Smith) brought Will (Chandler Massey) food in his hospital room. The two talked about Arianna Grace, and the status of Gabi (Camila Banus) and Nick’s (Blake Berris) relationship. While they were talking, Kate (Lauren Koslow) came in and told them Sami shot the detective. Kate asked Will what he thought of Gabi and the baby moving in with her. Will told his grandmother he’d have to talk to Sonny about it first. Sonny told Will he had a solution. It turns out; Sonny had put down a deposit on a two bedroom apartment, and suggested Gabi and the baby move in with them.
John ran into Kristen outside The Brady Pub, and the two immediately started arguing. Kristen demanded to know if it had been worth it to lose his precious Doc. John shot back that he had to be willing to lose everything in order to save Brady.
Marlena went to the Kiriakis mansion to talk to Brady. He tried apologizing to her, but she wouldn’t let him. Brady sulked around the mansion after Marlena left.
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) told Roman the detective had died. When Roman asked where his wife was, he found out she was in the waiting room where Hope had told Sami to stay. A horrified Sami watched, as Roman told the waiting wife her husband had died.
