Things on General Hospital have been heating up and it’s only going to get hotter. A christening, a possible hook up and a character knocking on death's door plague Port Charles this week. Check out these juicy spoilers for the week of September 23.

Luke: Will it be curtains for Luke (Anthony Geary) as his condition takes a turn for the worse?

Dante/Lulu/Maxie/Spinelli: Dante (Dominic Zamprongna) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) must face their first challenge as parents. Baby Connie has a rough night and they have to get her through it. The duo succeeds and begins to plan the child’s christening, which will begin at the end of the week.

Meanwhile, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) are still having a hard time dealing with their decision. They have a very nail-biting encounter.

Later in the week, Dante asks Spinelli to be Connie’s godfather. Can Spinelli be a godfather to his biological daughter?

Patrick/Sabrina/Carlos: Patrick (Jason Thompson) happens to walk in on Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) while she is nursing a shirtless Carlos’ (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) wound. Sabrina quickly explains the situation and Patrick officially meets Carlos. Carlos ends up leaving, but not before questioning Patrick’s devotion to Sabrina. Will Carlos cause trouble in paradise for Sabrina and Patrick?

Britt/Nick: Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Ben finally find a home. Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) takes them in at Wyndemere. Britt can’t believe how much Nikolas seems to care for her and the baby. How long will it be before Britt and Nik take things to the next level?

Shawn/Alexis: Shawn (Sean Blakemore) doesn’t get a chance to share some critical information with Sonny and runs into Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). He warns her to be wary of Derek (William deVry). Will she listen?

Blind Item: Which two characters wake up in bed together?

Fall Heat: Look for Port Charles to go bananas in October and November! Will Robin (Kimberly McCullough) finally be rescued? Not if Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche) has anything to say about it!  Also, Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) hasn't made her last escape...
