After years of watching her wayward, weakling husband drop his pants any time Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) comes within sniffing distance, Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young) could finally be getting a little loving' herself! According to TVLine, Scandal has cast The Closer's Jon Tenney as a rumored love interest for the iron-spined First Lady.  Reportedly, Tenney will debut during the last half of the season.
