The Bold and The Beautiful to Shoot on Location In Abu Dhabi and Dubai
Location shoots are alive and well at The Bold and the Beautiful. TV Guide Magazine'sMichael Logan is reporting B&B is jetting off to film in the United Arab Emirates, for a storyline featuring Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bill (Don Diamont).
The idea to tape in Abu Dhabi and Dubai came about courtesy of Lang, who is participating in a triathlon inAbu Dhabi. According to showrunner Brad Bell:

"Kelly asked me for time off to take part in the event and I said, 'Well, how about we all come with you?" reveals Bell. "So we're going to back up the station wagon and all pile in!"
Just what will have the trio heading to the United Arab Emirates? It seems Dollar Bill and Brooke take a trip to the Middle East, with Ridge hot on their heels! Bell reveals:
We're going to take advantage of the great Ridge-Bill rivalry," says the exec. "Ridge still feels like he's Brooke's protector and he certainly doesn't want Bill to become stepfather to his son, R.J. So he's a man on a mission!"
B&B will film in the UAB from March 17-19. The scenes will air in late May or early June.
