In this week’s episode, the girls made a new discovery regarding Bethany, and a once-loveable character turned out to be a total creep with a capital “C” on Pretty Little Liars

Hanna (Ashley Benson) was drinking a lot because of everything that’s gone on, and after everything that happened in Ravenswood, Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) was the perfect drinking buddy.

A starving Hanna went to The Brew for a sandwich, and ran into Zack (Steve Talley), who was back in town for his engagement party with Aria’s (Lucy Hale) mom. Cue the once great-seeming Zack acting a total creep and hitting on Hanna!

Hanna felt really uncomfortable and gross, but thought maybe she could have misunderstood things. Then, Zack came to her the next day and told her blatantly that he wanted to start hooking up with her.

All of the girls were upset with Hanna for blabbing about New York in front of “A,” especially Aria who was worried about the whole jail thing. When Hanna told her about Zack’s inappropriate behavior, Aria told her to get out and said she didn’t believe her.

However, later when Zack wanted to watch a video as a family, Aria looked really uncomfortable at having to sit next to him.

Allison (Sasha Pieterse) guilted Hanna’s mom into letting her stay with them while her dad was out of town. Because she knew the Rosewood detectives didn’t believe her story, she made Noel Kahn break in and terrorize Ashley (Laura Leighton), so she’d report it to the cops. Now Ashley was fighting in Alison’s corner.

The girls’ Radley investigation into the Mrs. DiLaurentis—Bethany connection led them to a horse stable, where Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) had been before. While Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) were there, “A” locked them into a stable with a spooked horse during a storm, and they almost got kicked to death before they got away.

Toby (Keegan Allen) told a shocked Spencer he was applying to the Rosewood Police Academy so there’d be at least one cop in town who wasn’t corrupt or incompetent.
