The Season 18 premiere of The View hit an 8-year high in Total Viewers, with 3.902 million.

It also garnered 3-year highs among Women 18-49 with 683,000 and Women 25-54 with 911,000. The episode was the talker's second-best premiere in Total Viewers to-date.

The talk show opener marked Rosie O'Donnell's return, after leaving the program six years ago, as well as the addition of new co-hosts Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace.
