Child, just call me Nostradamus! When I went to Season 18's first live show of The View, I couldn't help but wonder if returning co-host Rosie O'Donnell and moderator Whoopi Goldberg's strong personalities would clash.

The ladies, along with new panelists Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace, were all being so sugary- sweet with each other as they tried to get better acclimated. I had a feeling peace wouldn't be in the Valley for long.

According to The Daily Mail, Goldberg and O'Donnell have already had an argument in front of the audience! It seems O'Donnell got her feelings hurt on Sept. 25 , when Goldberg cut her off to go to commercial break as they were discussing spanking children. O'Donnell really wanted to delve into the topic and indicated such.

Goldberg was advised by the control room to wrap it up since the segment ran over the allotted time. However, O'Donnell didn't hear this request because she wasn't wearing her ear piece.

Once the show went to break, O'Donnell took a mic she uses to speak to the audience during their commercial interlude. Instead of chatting it up with audience members, O'Donnell used the opportunity to go after Goldberg! O'Donnell told the EGOT winner:

You hurt my feelings.  I’m very upset by it.

Goldberg, who was on the sidelines remarked:

This isn't the time for this, Rosie.

You'd think by now, O'Donnell would catch a hint right? She kept on going off about the incident and stated:

Well I just don't appreciate you saying that you were going to do something and not doing it. It makes me upset and I just don't want to have to go through this.

Clearly annoyed, Goldberg retorted:

I said this was not the time Rosie.

Undeterred, O'Donnell kept on complaining about the issue which prompted Goldberg to fire back:

Fuck it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don't want to listen. If you want to go there Rosie, I will damnit. I'm really sick of your shit!

The entire room went deathly silent after Goldberg's outburst and O'Donnell let the matter drop.  To lighten the mood, Perez cracked,

Oh, shit, Twitter is going to be off the hook now.

Once the show came back from break, the women acted as if nothing happened. The View's PR rep Lauri Hogan told The New York Daily News it was just a slight misunderstanding and, although the ladies did exchange words, they worked things out.
