Grab your hankies, Y&R fans. Your tear ducts will likely get a workout, after you watch the video below of the cast and crew of The Young and the Restless saluting Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott) on his 25th anniversary with the CBS sudser.
Bergman shot to fame, not by being a doctor, but by playing one on TV's All My Children from 1979-89. He joined Y&R shortly after wrapping his run as Dr. Cliff Warner in fictional Pine Valley.
Bergman assumed the role of Genoa City, Wisconsin's resident playboy cosmetics scion from Terry Lester and quickly made the role of Ole' Smilin' Jack his own. He also snagged multiple Daytime Emmys in the process.
What are some of your favorite memories of Bergman's tenure as Jack Abbott on Y&R? Sound off in the comments!
