Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) finds out her various suitors have been quite busy when the sex goddess returns to The Bold and the Beautiful on Jan. 22. While she was in Milan, ex-lover/brother-in-law Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has been working his way back into Katie's (Heather Tom) good graces. Baby daddy Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) is shacked up with Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), the unstable jewelry designer everyone holds inadvertently responsible for Hope (Kim Matula) losing her baby.
Then there's Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). How will Logan contend with her "destiny" sniffing around her son Rick's (Jacob Young) wife?
TV Guide Magazine's Michael Logan caught up with Lang, fresh from her appearance on Italy's version of Dancing With The Stars, to find out what's in store for SoCal's most notorious temptress. Just how will Brooke react to the changes in Rick's personality, post Ridge and Caroline's (Linsey Godfrey) betrayal? Here's an excerpt from the chat:
TV Guide Magazine: How long does it take Brooke to realize Rick has a very loose grip on sanity?
Lang: She is worried about him right away and tries to set things in motion to make everything right for her son — but it's like she's putting a band aid on a gaping wound. She can see he's delusional and knows that can be very scary. Let's not forget that Rick shot a few people growing up.
I hope Brooke reunites with first husband Eric Forrester (John McCook). While Rick's concubine, Maya (Karla Mosley) is running around fantasizing about being the next Forrester family matriarch, that role that belongs to Brooke.
Reconnecting with Eric would help Brooke solidify her children's power base at Forrester Creations. Besides, I've always enjoyed McCook and Lang's easy chemistry.
