Will Eva Longoria's 'Telenovela' Be NBC's Answer to The CW's Jane The Virgin?


Eva Longoria knows a thing or two about soaps. The actress cut her suds teeth on daytime serials General Hospital and The Young and the Restless, before going on to superstardom on the hit ABC primetime soap Desperate Housewives. Now she's on her way back to the small screen with Telenovela, a single-camera comedy NBC has given a 13-episode order.
