Spoiler Warning: Life in the seven kingdoms and beyond is looking a bit stark after Game of Thrones wrapped its fifth season with shamings, suicides and bloodbaths.
Arya (Maisie Williams) scratched one Ser Meryn (Ian Beattie) off her kill list in Bravos.
In the North, Selyse (Sarah MacKeever) committed suicide the morning after her daughter burned at the stake. Stannis (Stephen Dillane) met his fate on Brienne's (Gwendoline Christie) blade. Myranda (Charlotte Hope) went splat when Theon (Alfie Allen) finally found his balls and saved Sansa (Sophie Turner).
Myrcella (Aimee Richardson) received the kiss of death from Ellaria (Indira Varma) in Dorne. She died in Jamie's (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) arms after revealing she was knew, and was glad, he was her father.
Cersei (Lena Headey) admitted to sleeping with her cousin, but denied sleeping with her brother. As part of her penance she endured a horrifying "walk of shame" from the temple to the castle. After watching the epic scene, I couldn't help hoping once Cersei was safe she'd burn King's Landing to the ground.
Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) found himself running Meereen with an assist from Grey Worm (Jacob Anderson), and Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel). Lord Varys (Conleth Hill) finally arrived in Meereen and agreed to help Tyrion in managing the old glorious city. Ser Jorah (Ian Glen) and Daario (Michiel Huisman) went off in search of Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), who found herself surrounded by a Dothraki horde.
Season five ended its epic season at Castle Black ,where Jon Snow (Kit Harington) was betrayed and was stabbed to death by his brothers of the Night's Watch.
