Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is back to being the most maddeningly fickle man in Los Angeles on CBS Daytime's The Bold and the Beautiful. After months of scheming to take control of Forrester Creations—in order to save lady love Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) from mean ole' Rick (Jacob Young)—the publishing scion is once again confessing his love for nubile Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). The only problem is, he just entered into a marriage of convenience with Ivy!
Liam claims the only reason he married Ivy was to help with the Aussie lass's recently materialized citizenship woes. Funny, we've watched him profess his commitment to Ivy for months.
I get that B&B needed to change things up a bit after six months of powerful storytelling for transgender supermodel Maya Avant (Karla Mosley), but I really hope this latest round of "Who Gets Liam's Penis?" doesn't remain the soap's central storyline for very long.
At least fans finally got to see one of the women on the Liam-Go-Round rip him for his b.s. Steffy tore into Liam about his desperate need to be everyone's hero on Thursday's show. She even threw dude's dead mama in his face. Dang, girl! Watch below.
Per usual with B&B's love entanglements, several characters are manipulating things to their own advantages from the sidelines. After a bit of prompting from Ivy and his mother, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) has decided he can't live without Steffy; which means Quinn (Rena Sofer) is now desperate to see Liam and Ivy's marriage work.
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) must be the most pissed off newlywed groom in history. The ink isn't even dry on his and Quinn's marriage license and her life once again revolves around her adult son's love life.
Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) also has a pervy stake in Liam's bedroom activities. Since he didn't have the nads to leave Katie (Heather Tom) for Steffy all those years ago, he remains determined to live vicariously through his son. This pisses off Baby Mama Quinn, who feels Bill is playing favorites. She wonders why Bill can't support Wyatt's quest to win Steffy. It's like the Iron Throne of Westeros is seated betwixt Ms. Steffy Forrester's legs.
