Last week, Stallion Bill (Don Diamont) put the moves on Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), declaring undying love for his past squeeze. Brooke seems to have no problem breaking another promise she's made to sister Katie (Heather Tom). Katie and Brooke face a decision that could change their lives.
Meanwhile in Malibu, the fight for Steffy's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) heart heats up between Dollar Bill's sons, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Liam (Scott Clifton). When questions arise about the validity of Steffy and Wyatt's marriage, Liam is like a dog with a boner. He corners Steffy into giving up her true feelings when his bro isn't watching.
