Should Cane Become an Unapologetic Bad Boy on The Young and the Restless? (POLL)

Daniel Goddard is so good at being bad.
Cane, The Young and the Restless

Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) has long been a controversial character for some The Young and the Restless viewers. Fans of the Cane and Lily (Christel Khalil) pairing have loyally defended the character, while other viewers see him as an unforgivable serial liar who scammed his way into Katherine (Jeanne Cooper) and Jill’s (Jess Walton) lives, resulting in Jill always choosing him over her biological son Billy (Jason Thompson).

Recently The Young and the Restless has given Cane more of a backbone. This stronger, nastier version of Ethan "Hurricane" Ashby  is one Goddard appears to be embracing to the fullest.

As Cane’s cloak-and-dagger manipulations continue to twist his personal and professional lives into a pretzel, suddenly Cane is far more compelling than he’s been in years.
