Emmy-nominated actor Mark LaMura, best known to soap fans as All My Children's Mark Dalton, passed away on September 11 from lung cancer. Dalton was the half-brother of the tempestuous Erica Kane (Susan Lucci). He played the role from 1977-1989 and made guest appearances through 2005.

LaMura also guest starred on Star Trek: The Next Generation and The Sopranos. He also had several theater credits, including The Rise Of Dorothy Hale and The Odd Couple.
