The 2018 Daytime Emmy Nominations were announced on March 21 and leading ladies from The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives and General Hospital landed nominations while The Bold and the Beautiful was shut out of the category.
Days of Our Lives' Marci Miller was nominated for her role as Abigail Deveraux. General Hospital’s Laura Wright, Maura West and Nancy Lee Grahn were nominated for portraying Carly Corinthos, Alexis Davis and Ava Jerome respectively. Eileen Davidson ensured that The Young and the Restless earned a nomination for her long-running portrayal of Ashley Abbott.
