Funny gal and former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell is heading back to the small screen. O'Donnell announced on Twitter she will be a guest co-host over at The Talk. O'Donnell tweeted:

Reports claim O'Donnell is currently the front-runner to replace Julie Chen Moonves as the moderator of the show. According to Deadline, O'Donnell along with Dancing With The Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba, will be the guest host (and auditioning) for the CBS gabfest. After Chen Moonves exited the talk show, CBS has been looking to fill the void. Chen Moonves announced last week she was leaving the show via videotape.

Would O'Donnell move to Los Angeles? O'Donnell, a New Yorker, seemed open to moving to the West Coast. When a fan downplayed O'Donnell moving on Twitter, the comic responded:

If O'Donnell does land the job, this would mark her third return to daytime. O'Donnell had her self-titled talk show from 1996 to 2002. She was also the moderator of ABC's The View from 2006 to 2007 and returned to the show from 2014 to 2015.
