The question on who will be running things over at The Young and the Restless has finally been answered. Yours truly is hearing that Y&R's longtime supervising producer Anthony "Tony" Morina and Josh Griffith will be the new heads at Y&R. According to sources, Morina, who has been with the series since 2004, will be the executive producer of the show, while Griffith will serve as head writer of the show after Mal Young's departure.
Morina's credits also include Santa Barbara from 1991-1993, Sunset Beach in 1997, Port Charles from 1998-2002, General Hospital 2002-2006, and All My Children in 2007.
Griffith was previously the co-executive producer of Y&R from 2006-2008, and named head writer from 2007-2008 and 2012-2013.
