Guiding Light alum Grant Aleksander is heading back to the stage. Aleksander has reprised his role in the Off-Broadway’s longest running play, Perfect Crime. The play centers on Margaret Brent, a wealthy psychiatrist who has been accused of killing her husband at their home. The handsome detective thinks he knows all, but Brent's husband's murder is just the tip of the iceberg in what may be a perfect crime.

Aleksander will resume the role of Detective Asher, a character he played this past summer. Aleksander, best known for his role as bad boy Phillip Spaulding on GL, will replace his Springfield colleague Robert Newman (Joshua Lewis) and All My Children's Richard Shoberg (Tom Cudahy).

Aleksander will play the role for two weeks only, from January 14 through January 28. For more information and tickets, visit Ticketmaster.com or call: (212) 921-7862.
