Phyllis: Things aren't looking good for Red (Gina Tognoni). Phyllis hasn't clued the rest of the Genoa City killer three . . . Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and Sharon (Sharon Case) . . . about the sweetheart deal she scored for her testimony.

Nick (Joshua Morrow) convinces Phyllis to come to the trial when she tries to stay away. When the two show up at court for the three ladies, Nick, the ladies, and Victor (Eric Braeden) are shocked when they learn Phyllis is the star witness! Victor threatens to rain fire and brimstone down on Phyllis for her betrayal, and Nick dumps her for turning on his mother, sister, and ex-wife.

Phyllis tries to convince Nick she made sure to explain the circumstances that took place to make the women look like innocent victims and not J.T. (Thad Luckinbill), but he's not having it. Look for Phyllis to fight to keep everything intact in her life.

Jack/Billy: Old Smilin' (Peter Bergman) and the black sheep Abbott (Jason Thompson) are tired of having to answer to Phyllis and want their family company back. The brothers team up to take their ex-lady love down.

Victoria: The Newman heiress tries to defend all the things she's done that landed her in her current situation.

Victor: The Black Knight is back in the driver's seat and takes charge.

Mariah: The journalist in training (Camryn Grimes) faces some tough questions.

Kyle: The Abbott playboy (Michael Mealor) makes a deal.
