Is the new and improved Bill (Don Diamont) on the up and up or is he blowing smoke up Wyatt's ass to get him back to Spencer?
Hope (Annika Noelle) believes Liam (Scott Clifton) should dump her and go back to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
