The Bold and the Beautiful's Colleen Bell has been appointed the new California Film Commissioner. Bell, who worked previously on B&B as a producer and was the ambassador of Hungary from 2014 to 2017, was named the commissioner by California Gov. Gavin Newsom, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Bell will replace outgoing commissioner Amy Lemisch, who presided over the agency for 15 years before stepping down.
Bell, the wife of B&B's showrunner Bradley Bell, will be placed in charge of the largest film commission in the U.S.
