Double Daytime Emmy winner Bryan Craig (ex-Morgan, General Hospital) sat down with HollywoodLife to give some scoop on what's coming up on ABC's star-studded Grand Hotel. Craig is playing Javi Mendoza, playboy son of the owner of Miami Beach's Riviera Grand Hotel.
In true soap style, hotel housekeeper Ingrid (Anne Winters) has told Javi he's her baby daddy, but is withholding one big big piece of intel . . . Javi's not the daddy. When asked about it, Craig replied,
You’re going to see Javi step up more and be more responsible. He starts to fall for Ingrid more and more as time goes on, and she falls more for him.
Craig stated on their match,
I think Javi and Ingrid would do well together if it didn’t start off the way it started off. You know what I mean? They have a lot of similarities. They’re both kinda mischievous, and I think they would fit. But I don’t see how it would work out after all this unfolds.
Of course, Javi and Ingrid aren't the only game in town. The show is also knee-deep in mysteries. The disappearance of Sky (Arielle Kebbel), and Javi's late mother Beatriz (Eva Longoria) and her connection to his stepmother Gigi (Roselyn Sanchez), are a big part of what's coming up as the debut season winds down.
Catch Grand Hotel on Monday nights at 10 PM on ABC.
