Tamron Hall celebrated her birthday on Monday by devoting the entire hour to discuss in vitro fertilization (IVF), something near to her. Hall and her husband Steven Greener became parents to their son Moses in April via IVF, and shared the personal accounts by The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kenya Moore and The Real Housewives of Orange County's Gretchen Rossi.
Moore revealed how she and her husband Marc Daly dealt with pregnancy complications due to her fibroids. Moore was joined by Daly who made his first television appearance, along with their daughter Brooklyn, to discuss from a man's perspective what it was like to go through IVF.
It's incredibly challenging because the success rates of these treatments are very low. So it was a lot of disappointment. As expectations, we have to prepare for disappointments. Just being there, being supportive, being hopeful and positive and being behind her is what it's all about.

Later Rossi and her fiancé Slade Smiley sat down with Hall to discuss what they went through to have their little girl, Skylar Grey. Rossi revealed she took IVF treatments when she was just 36 years old and Smiley reversed his vasectomy so they can have children. The two also stated they have partnered up with NJ Sen. Cory Booker to make fertility treatments more affordable.
