Alex Trebek is getting candid about his life. In a recent interview with Canada's CTV, the long running Jeopardy! host admits he's not scared of death. Trebek stated,

I’m not afraid of dying. I’ve lived a good life, a full life, and I’m nearing the end of that life … if it happens, why should I be afraid that? One thing they’re not going to say at my funeral, as a part of a eulogy, is ‘He was taken from us too soon.’

Trebek appeared at an event hosted at his alma mater, the University of Ottawa, where he donated $2.1 million to the Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue. It was created to “enrich and broaden public debate.”
