Perkie’s Observations: Victor Forces Liesl to Inject Valentin on General Hospital
On today’s General Hospital recap: Dex and Josslyn play hide the salami in her dorm bed and then updates him on the day's activities, including the visit from the SEC. Josslyn admits Sonny was the one to put the SEC off of Drew's tail. Dex tells her he got the evidence against Sonny and gave it to Michael. Josslyn worries Dex might go down with Sonny. Dex wonders if she wants Sonny to get away with it. Josslyn says the girls are going to suffer because Sonny always thinks he can get away with everything.
Marshall checks in on Portia, who updates him on Victor. He can't believe Curtis is putting himself in danger but Portia is glad he went. She feels helpless she can't help Trina and Marshall offers to support her.
Spencer's about to be beaten up by the guards when Curtis shows up and pretends to be one of them. Spencer catches on and tells him Trina’s location. Curtis finds Trina and says he's going to get her off the boat. Trina says she wants to help him get Spencer out. Curtis fights with a few guards to get them away from Spencer.
Michael carries Willow over the threshold and then discusses the day. Willow says she hates thinking his family will be divided should she die. She says the rift between them affects the whole family and wants them to co-exist.
Michael shows her the video of Sonny accepting the shipment from Pikeman as proof he should go to prison. Willow doesn't understand where the video came from so Michael admits Dex works for him. Willow gets upset and passes out.

Robert babysits a snoring Scotty when Liz tries arrives to take Anna's vitals. Robert stops her at the door claiming Anna is sleeping. Liz wonders why he's stopping her from going in. Robert says there is something big going on but he can't give her details. He asks her to buy him a little bit of time.
Agent Hursely from the WSB shows up and Scotty tells him Victor has a pathogen. Robert curses Scotty for spilling the beans.
Valentin claims he came alone, but Victor doesn't believe him and wants to know how Valentin found him. Victor tells Valentin that Liesl is testing something that will save the world. Liesl confirms to Valentin the pathogen is real. Victor says the pathogen has a mortality rate of 80% and wants the planet to flourish again.
Valentin is curious who's going to be allowed to survive. Victor lists himself, Ace, Liesl and her family, his employees, and a roll of the dice for everyone else. Valentin tells him to end the madness and he'll return to the fold. Victor says he doesn't trust Valentin and will make Liesl inject him with the pathogen. Victor says if Valentin tells him who came with him, he'll give him the antidote.
Liesl is forced to inject Valentin with the pathogen. Almost immediately Valentin's nose starts bleeding.
