Perkie’s Observations: Felicia and Carly Investigate Bobbie’s Work in Amsterdam on General Hospital

On today’s General Hospital recap: In Port Charles, Maxie tells Angela tons of people want to share their memories of Bobbie and will be dropping by during the day. Laura is the first to arrive and she admits things were rough between her and Bobbie, especially in the early years. (Flashback #1 of Laura showing up at Scotty's door, only to find Bobbie there. Flashback #2 of them talking about Nikolas' existence)
Lucas is up next, and he talks of early days with BJ and how Bobbie always fought for him. (Flashback #3 Bobbie going up against Tracy regarding Lucas)
Willow, Michael and Josslyn discuss how supportive Bobbie was at their wedding. (Flashback #4 is Willow and Bobbie on her wedding day)
Scotty and Lucy arrive and talk about how tough Bobbie was. (Flashback #5 is Bobbie and Scotty arguing. Flashback #6 is Lucy and Bobbie arguing)
Elizabeth tells Angela about her sexual assault and how Bobbie was there for her. She says Bobbie never made her feel ashamed. (Flashback #7 is Liz and Bobbie after the rape, finally)
Maxie hopes Angela can stick around but she says her boss wants her back at work.
In Amsterdam, Carly and Felicia hang out at the cafe, until a woman enters. Carly believes her to be the contact and shows her a photo of Bobbie and tells her she died. The woman tells them about meeting Bobbie and how she opened her home to the women who were seeking refuge. Carly mentions the young woman Angela told them about. The contact says the girl's name was Cornelia and she thought Bobbie put her on a freighter to Canada weeks ago.
Carly says Bobbie died in Amsterdam which means Cornelia was waiting for Bobbie without the proper paperwork. Felicia calls Anna, asking if she knows anyone in the State Department who could help. Robert offers to make a few calls. The contact worries Cornelia is stuck in some cabin in Canada, and Carly figures out where she's hiding out.
Carly and Felicia head to Ontario. While driving Carly brings up the fact they aren't close and Felicia almost hits a moose, causing them to go off the road. (Dear American writers, I've lived in Ontario my entire 50 years, and I have yet to see a real-life moose. It's not that common to have one walking in the road. A deer would have made more sense. OY!!)

While changing the busted flat tire, Felicia explains why she hasn't been very friendly towards Carly despite her being Bobbie's daughter. Felicia says Carly destroyed Bobbie and Tony's marriage and they were family to her. Felicia says she resented Carly and couldn't let go because she was protective of Bobbie.

Carly says she's friends with Maxie and judged her when she forgave Felicia for leaving all those times. The two decide to be closer because they were so close to Bobbie. The two find the cabin and Cornelia comes out swinging a shovel at them.
Cornelia spots Bobbie's necklace on Carly, who explains that Bobbie was her mother, and shows her the photo on her phone. Cornelia cries, saying Bobbie was supposed to meet her and Carly says her mother died.
Robert makes the call to his friend at the State Department so when Felicia calls they're able to get Cornelia to safety.
Felicia and Carly get back to Port Charles and Liz patches up Carly's head wound.
The next day, Maxie tells Felicia she can't find Angela's business card or her online presence. Felicia calls the AP office in Amsterdam, but she's told no one by that name works there. (Flashback #8, Felicia and BJ) Felicia realizes the reporter was Barbara Jean. Maxie has a moment with her heart and also realizes it was BJ and shares a hug with Felecia.
Lucas says his goodbyes and heads out but runs into Angela outside. He says his goodbyes to her, and she calls him “champ”, the same name BJ called him as a child. Lucas turns back only to find her gone.
Carly has the final flashbacks, multiple ones over the years. Carly puts up the new sign which reads: "Bobbie's"
