The Bold and the Beautiful's Bill (Don Diamont) finally has his mojo back! The publishing magnate and one-time playboy is once again romancing an eligible Los Angeles bachelorette: newcomer Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park). Diamont chatted with Soap Opera Digest about Bill's revitalized love life.

Bill and Poppy's first attempted hook-up is derailed by running into Bill's ex stepson RJ (Joshua Hoffman) and his girlfriend, Poppy's daughter Luna (Lisa Yamada), at the beach house. Diamont dished:

Poor Bill. I mean, I don’t know what he’s been doing off camera, but if we just stick with what’s been on camera, it’s been a long time [since Bill has gotten some action]. Let’s not forget that this guy was introduced to the show as the ultimate Lothario, the ultimate billionaire playboy. Honestly, I don’t even think Bill even cared! ‘Lock that door. Let ’em listen, let ’em hear it!’ Poppy is much more wound up about it than Bill.

Bill and Poppy scramble to exit before they're seen, leading to Diamont saying:

It’s very funny. It’s charming and sweet.

Despite the tension, free-spirited Poppy has helped Bill become himself again. Diamont said:

Bill’s been in such a shut-down place. With the Katie [Heather Tom] thing falling apart and his misguided attempts with Brooke [Katherine Kelly Lang] and then Katie at the same time, he was just not in a good place. And this is kind of an awakening for him.
